In case the specification of tubes required by a customer is unconventional, it is necessary to provide a drawing to check, if available we also acc PH.Eur., or USP to supply.

Glass Ampoules

All Four-star ampoules of 1-30 ml are manufactured and packed in the areas controlled environmentally and certified by ISO 9001, which comply with USP，PH.Eur., and YBB standards of China. Any customized ampoules and special color rings are also available based on customer’s drawings. Recently Four-star has developed 40 ml ampoule, which is the first great capacity of ampoule in the world for customer use.

Vial Series

Our vial series consists of injectable vials, non-injectable vials (including screw neck vials and flip cap vials) and oral liquid vials, which can be made of clear FS50 glass tube or Amber FS50 glass tube with broad range of 1ml up to 100ml and comply with both ISO standards as well as PH.Eur., or USP norms. Customized vials are also available based on your drawings and special requirement under PH.Eur., or USP.

We researched and developed the best energy-saving and environment-protecting technology in the world to produce Type I neutral borosilicate glass tubes, which is unique production technology in China to provide Type I neutral glass for pharmaceutical glass containers. We obtained national patent of invention and 2nd Science & Technology award of invention granted by the Ministry of Science & Technology. Our plan to build a production base for annually 100,000 tons of neutral borosilicate glass tubes are supported by National/province Development and Reform Commission.

Our company always looks up technology improvement, in fiscal 2015 increased technical R&D input, the capital of which got 7% of sales income for technical innovation. Four-star R&D resulted neutral borosilicate glass tubing (expansion coefficient: 5.0) with huge investment in 2006. We designed by ourselves the full process from raw material preparation to melting, tube-drawing, up to products packaging and loading into warehouse. We also imported the most advanced ampoule-making machines in the world from Europe to support our excellent products. In addition, our company has gotten 58 patents, 10 of which are invention patents. More16 patents are under application. We still enhance the management of know-how and technology updating to build our comprehensive competition.

The first-class water-resistant neutral borosilicate glass production technology independently developed by the company won the national invention patent, was rated as the "second prize for scientific and technological invention" by the Department of science and technology, was listed as the key support project for strategic emerging industries in the 12th Five Year Plan by the national development and Reform Commission, and was a national key new product in 2014. The national development and Reform Commission and the provincial development and Reform Commission have given special financial support to establish a 100000 ton neutral borosilicate glass tube production base in Cangzhou. At present, it has 50 patents, of which 7 are invention patents, and a number of patents are under application. Cangzhou Four Star Glass Co., Ltd. was founded in 1992, with a registered capital of 101.68 million yuan and total assets of 657 million yuan.
